Our hope is that the many months of planning and negotiating will culminate in an engaging six mile march and a fun five hour celebration.<br /><br />This event is an important piece of a much larger year-long MLK365 strategy to focus the community on the issues and practices of fairness, equity and justice. The Celebration provides the community with a highly interactive opportunity to touch, teach and engage young people about civic engagement and character development.
